Custom robes and vestments are handmade for you in our small Kansas City shop, to your unique measurements, preferences, and design choices.

Exchange and Return Policies

 

Exchanges: 

To initiate an exchange, please contact customer service 1.888.515.5775

The original item purchase price will be credited towards another Sacred Stitches purchase. Exchange credit is equal to original purchase price, less original shipping/ handling and rush fees. No store credit will be held or issued to your account.

All items returned for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and pet fur, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Sacred Stitches is not responsible for the cost of return shipping, or replacing the contents and/or refunding the purchase price of a package that is lost or damaged during the return process. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for your return.

Apparel and Accessory Returns:

(men’s shirts, women’s shirts, dresses, janies, & accessories)

Apparel and accessories may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price and taxes. Original shipping/handling and rush fees are non refundable. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and pet fur, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued to the original payment method. No store credit will be held or issued to your account.

Robes and vestments are handcrafted for you to your unique measurements and design specifications. 

Custom and Quick Ship robes, chasubles, stoles and scapulars may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price and taxes, less a 20% custom order return fee. Original shipping/handling and rush fees are non refundable. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and pet fur, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Please ship your return to the address below along with a copy of your invoice. If you need a copy of your invoice, contact customer service 1.888.515.5775.

All of our garments are handmade with premium high quality fabrics, and every effort is made to ensure your garment is free of manufacturing defects. If your garment is not as expected, or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service at 1.888.515.5775 within 60 days of receiving your order.
