Quick Ship Orders

Guaranteed to ship within 10 business days (M-F). Orders must have shipping address and payment method verified to ship. 

Rush processing is available to ship your order before the guaranteed 10 days. Before placing your order, please call us at 816-842-5556 or toll free at 888-515-5775 to verify it will arrive by the date needed. Express shipping charges and rush fees may apply. 

 

Standard Delivery Information

Blouse orders
Blouses, shirts and accessories ship in 2-4 weeks, often sooner.

Robe orders
Please allow 4-6 weeks for standard robe delivery.

Chasubles, Stoles and Scapulars
Chasubles ship in 6 - 8 weeks; stoles and scapulars in 4 - 6 weeks.

Seasonal demands affect the shipping schedule, especially for robes. We may ship faster during off-peak times. During Peak season, April to September, we take a little longer.

We usually ship UPS or USPS. Be sure to include your street address in your shipping to address, because UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Rush Delivery

We offer rush delivery for an extra charge for robes or vestments if you need them faster than our standard delivery time. You must call us to confirm that we can deliver your item when you need itthough. We do not guarantee delivery unless we confirm it by phone. Order date is when all information needed to process order has been received.

Express Shipping

If you are in need of your item in a shorter time period than the standard delivery, we offer Express shipping. You may have to pay the Rush Fee to get your item sooner and then also pay for express shipping which is Next Day or Second Day delivery charges. It depends on your time frame and our production schedule.

If you need your item in a hurry, while in the shopping cart, please put the date you need it in the box on the Delivery information page. It is best to give us the exact date you need to receive your package. Or, after you place your order online, call our toll-free number 888-515-5775 and alert us to your time frame. You can leave a message on our voice mail if it is after business hours. We want to be sure to get your items to you on time.

We will call you to confirm whether we can meet your deadline. We always bend over backwards to make any requested delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

To exchange (or if alterations are required):
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When you initially receive your garment, if you find a problem with the size or the lengths, we will exchange for a different size. At that time we will adjust the sleeve and hem lengths at no charge if you find that the lengths are not correct. We do charge for any second requests for length adjustments unless by chance we have caused the problem.

To Return an item:
To return your unworn items, please complete the card included with your shipment noting the reason for the return. Also, include a copy of your invoice. This helps us uphold our quality standards. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. If you are unhappy with a garment from normal wear at any time, please contact us. Shipping Charges for returns and exchanges:

For an exchanges or alterations, we will cover shipping fees. Please call us at 816-842-5556 or toll-free at 888-515-5775 for instructions.

We do not cover shipping fees for returns. Please send your item to us with a copy of the invoice and explanation of why you are returning the item. We will refund the amount paid, less the shipping charges.
