How Does it Work?
1. Call us to place and pay for your order by the deadlines listed below*
2. We’ll make your order and bring it for you to pick up!
3. You save shipping fees (especially if you’re international)!
Tip:
We highly recommend ordering your apparel and vestments for pickup, and waiting to see us for a custom robe! Being able to feel the fabrics, try on different styles and be measured by our team for the perfect fit, makes the process so much easier.
We bring a lot of products with us to denominational gatherings, and our main focus is typically on custom robes (we bring try-on samples of every style, in every size!). Finding the perfect robe can be a very emotional experience, and we take great honor in being able to facilitate this part of your journey.
Usually we are able to bring try-on samples of our different apparel offerings in select sizes, though with so many options available, we are unable to pack enough stock to sell at the booth.
Deadlines to Order:
To Pickup at Festival of Homiletics (May 13-16 - Pittsburgh, PA):
- March 8th for Custom Robes (more time may be required for doctoral robes)
- March 18th for Apparel, Stoles, Chasubles and Accessories
To Pickup at Episcopal General Convention (June 23-28 - Louisville, KY):
- April 15th for Custom Robes (more time may be required for doctoral robes)
- April 29th for Apparel, Stoles, Chasubles and Accessories
*Conference pick up orders must be placed by phone by the deadlines specified. Online orders will be charged shipping and are not guaranteed to be ready for pickup.
