Thank you for supporting our small women-owned business! Since 1995 we have strived to ensure your new clergy garments are as beautiful and functional as you anticipated. Custom robes and vestments are handmade for you in our small Kansas City shop to your unique measurements, preferences, and design choices.

Exchange and Return Policies

> Exchanges and returns are accepted for up to 30 days from receipt of order.
> Clearance/discontinued items are final sale.
> Notes to Self® socks are final sale. 
> For defective items or returns after 30 days, please contact customer service.

To Initiate an Exchange or Return:

 

All items sent back for exchange or return must be in original condition with plastic packaging and tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of odors, makeup, deodorant and pet hair.

 

All exchanges and returns should be shipped to the address below and must include your paper invoice (shipped with your order) stating the reason for the exchange or return. An additional copy of your invoice may be obtained from customer service at 816-842-5556 or by sending a message here.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange/return item(s) back to Sacred Stitches. We highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking for your package. Sacred Stitches is not responsible for replacing the contents and/or refunding the purchase price of a package that is lost or damaged during the return process.

 

For exchange orders, Sacred Stitches will pay shipping for the replacement order via standard USPS or UPS shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available for a charge, please inquire with customer service. 

 

Exchanges

Clearance and discontinued items are final sale.

 

Items that meet the criteria for exchange will be credited towards the exchange order. Exchange credit is equal to the original purchase price and tax, less original shipping/handling, rush fees and other charges. No store credit will be held or issued to your account for later use.

 

Any difference in the exchange order total and original order total will be refunded to the original payment method, or you will be contacted to arrange payment. Exchange orders will not be shipped until balance due is paid. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of return exchange order for refunds to be issued to the original payment method.

 

Returns

Clearance and discontinued items are final sale.

 

Apparel, “Clergy” Printed Apparel & Accessory Returns: 

 

Apparel and accessories that meet the criteria for return will receive a refund of the original purchase price and taxes. Original shipping/handling, rush fees and other charges are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of return order for your refund to be issued. No store credit will be held or issued to your account for later use.

 

Custom Robe, Quick Ship Robe, Stole/Scapular and Chasuble Returns:

 

Robes and vestments that meet the criteria for return will receive a refund of the original purchase price and taxes, less a 25% custom order return fee. Original shipping/handling, rush fees and other charges are non-refundable. 

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of return order for your refund to be issued. No store credit will be held or issued to your account

 

Robes and vestments may be exchanged, without a 25% fee, towards another purchase. Original shipping/handling, rush fees and other charges are not included in exchange credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

Porch piracy is on the rise. Sacred Stitches is not responsible for replacing the contents and/or refunding the purchase price of any package that is lost, damaged or stolen during transit or upon delivery. We highly recommend shipping to your church or other secure location and tracking your order status. 

 

Quality Guarantee: 

 

All of our garments are handmade with premium high-quality fabrics, and every effort is made to ensure your garment is free of manufacturing defects. If your garment is not as expected, or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service at 816-842-556 or send us a message within 30 days of receiving your order.
