In this Easter season, we are reminded that Christ is the Good Shepherd — the one who knows, leads, and cares. And in your calling, you are asked to reflect that same care.

To tend what is fragile. To guide when the path is unclear. To remain present when others step away. It is sacred work. And it is not easy work.

We are praying that this week, you are reminded you do not carry this alone — that the One who calls you to shepherd also walks beside you in the tending.

Good Shepherd, be near to those who care for others.

Give them wisdom in guiding, patience in listening, and rest in your presence.
