Not every week in ministry is marked by a full sanctuary, a major celebration, or a visible milestone. Some weeks are quieter. Less noticed. Less affirmed. And yet, these are often the weeks where some of the most meaningful work is done. A kind word. A hard conversation. A visit no one else sees. A faithful presence that asks for much and receives little applause.

We are praying that this week, you are encouraged in the quiet places of your calling and reminded that what is done in love is never wasted.
