Janie (Neckband)

The Janie is our version of a dickey. Worn as an undergarment, this piece allows you to adapt clothing in your current wardrobe to wear with a clerical collar. Great under dresses or sweaters. Keep in your bag or car for quick appointments, like hospital visits, that require wearing a collar.

Great for layering

I love this piece. It is great for layering and washes without a problem. The fabric looks great. I love wearing this under my alb as it’s not hot. It looks great under a cardigan or jacket!

Beautifully hand-crafted! Karen personally ensured that it would be the correct size & arrive in time. It came early! So appreciative! Thank you. And I have wore their knit shirt for 3 years & it's still my fav!

The janie stays put MUCH better than the Almy "dickie". The mid-torso bottom can feel a little weird at first, but it's otherwise super comfortable and functional - I have two! The ONLY complaint that I have is that the top of the darts in front fall in an...inconvenient place, especially when one is wearing a top over it that doesn't have a lot of weight. Rather makes it look as though "the high beams are on", if you get my colloquialism. If there was a way to resolve the problem with the top of the dart, it would be a perfect product.

I am over 6 feet tall and at 70 there are more lumps and bumps than I would like. And the Janie fits perfectly. I am both comfortable and feel I look professional despite the effects of mileage I have put on this body. Thank you for the assist on the sizing. It was a major help.
